The resulting map shows 100% of the 3,315 recently transfered homes across Jefferson County. Since the data is from an official agreement with the PVA, all locations have been geocoded with rooftop accuracy. Additionally, they used the Open Municipal Geodata Standard to format the data, which makes it easy for us to import it and automatically convert it to KML, RSS, CSV, etc for our users.
We hope this map gives some insight into the local issues and clustering of recent home sales and economic recovery.
